Contact form

The form requests your name, email, enquiry topic and message. Your telephone number and company are optional. We use these details to respond and handle your enquiry. Required details are necessary for submitting the form. Submission does not create an account, place an order or subscribe you to marketing.

Purpose, access and retention

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps when you request a potential engagement, or our legitimate interests in answering other enquiries and protecting the service. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent. Enquiries and the status of the team’s email-notification attempt are stored in a private company record. Local mailer acceptance does not confirm delivery to a mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary hosting/email providers. We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the request, any continuing relationship or dispute, and applicable legal obligations.
