3. Data categories

5. Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised team members and providers needed for hosting, email, SMS, payments, transport, accounting, security, technical support and approved-content processing. Only necessary data is disclosed. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, a recognised transfer mechanism and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards are used.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the purpose, contract, security and applicable tax or legal periods. Unconfirmed newsletter signups are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period, while minimal suppression records may remain to respect opt-outs, bounces and complaints. Specific media, location, claim and account periods appear in the service notices.
7. Rights and complaint
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal. Secure identification may be required. Email privacy@mi-services.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
8. Cookies, security and changes
Essential storage supports language, sessions, security and privacy choices. Analytics, advertising or affiliate measurement remains off until selected where present. Choices can be changed from each site's Cookie link. Material changes receive a new version and are shown before the relevant new use or consent.
About the contact form
We ask for your full name, email, service of interest and message to handle your enquiry. Phone and company are optional. Without the required details you cannot submit the form; you may call us instead.
Processing is based on steps requested before a contract when you ask for a quote or collaboration, or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries and protecting the form against abuse. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing messages.
Your message is sent to sales@mi-services.gr. Relevant team members and the necessary hosting and email providers have access. Submission does not create an account or newsletter subscription and does not involve automated decisions producing legal effects.
We use a necessary security session and pseudonymised counters to limit abusive submissions. Correspondence retention depends on the time needed to answer and conclude the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, any unresolved dispute and applicable legal obligations. You can request information or deletion, subject to legal limits, through our contact form or privacy@mi-services.gr.
