WEBSITE TERMS
Shared terms for the public websites.
Effective 8 September 2026. Service-specific terms govern the relevant transaction or function.
This page is the reference point for shared terms. Each website also retains its service-specific terms, linked from its own footer. For purchases, production, publications or other specific functions, also read the relevant terms linked below.
1. Operator
The websites are operated by MERCURY INTEGRATED SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. / M.I. SERVICES, VAT No 801532133, Tax Office A' Kallitheas, Metamorfoseos 41, Kallithea 17674, Greece, unless a service identifies another operator.
2. Information and quotes
Public content describes services and capabilities. It is not by itself a binding offer, technical study, journalistic guarantee, professional advice or order acceptance. Work becomes binding only through the process and specific terms of the service.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate data, protect credentials and do not attempt unauthorised access, automated abuse, impersonation, malicious code or infringement of third-party rights. Access may be restricted for security, unlawful use or material breach, subject to any appeal route offered by the service.
4. Content rights
Website marks, designs and original material are protected. Viewing does not grant a commercial reuse licence. User-uploaded material is governed by the service-specific licence and the rights the user confirms they hold.
5. External services
Links, embeds, payments, maps, videos and other third-party functions are also governed by the provider's terms. M.I. Services does not continuously control every external page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory legal rights.
6. Liability, availability and security
Reasonable efforts are made for accuracy, availability and security, without promising uninterrupted operation or zero risk. Maintenance, security incidents or third-party dependencies may temporarily interrupt a function. Liability is not excluded where mandatory law prohibits exclusion.
7. Specific terms
8. Changes, law and contact
Material changes receive a new date or version and, where needed, renewed acceptance. Greek and EU law applies without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Contact: legal@mi-services.gr.
