MI COINS TERMS
Service credit with clear rules.
Effective 8 September 2026. 100 MI Coins equal EUR 1 of eligible service credit.
1. What MI Coins are
MI Coins are reward units for use against eligible services in the M.I. Services programme. They are not offered for purchase or transfer between users; we do not offer cash withdrawals or bank-account transfers. The “2%” describes a reward in MI Coins, not a cash payment to the customer.
2. Value and eligible orders
The reference value is 100 MI Coins = EUR 1 of credit. Where an order is marked eligible, 2 MI Coins per EUR 1 of eligible fulfilled value are awarded after discounts and excluding VAT, delivery and fees. The quote or order identifies participation.
3. Pending period and reversal
Purchase credit normally remains pending for 14 days. Cancellation, return, chargeback, non-payment or correction of eligible value may cancel or reverse the matching entry. Corrections remain visible in the history. The 14-day pending period is a reward-availability rule: it does not define or limit statutory withdrawal, refund or guarantee rights. A cash refund required by law is not mandatorily replaced with MI Coins.
4. 10asec contributor rewards
A submission alone earns 0 MI Coins. The first 10 published first-source credits are qualification only and are never rewarded retroactively. After qualification, Greece-pilot enrollment, secure identity verification, a separate human audit and an available-budget check, only these fixed rewards may be approved: 1 MI Coin for a standard published first-source report, 2 MI Coins for rights-cleared media used, 3 MI Coins for a high-value verified report and 5 MI Coins for a verified exclusive or exceptional public value. The default monthly caps are 100 MI Coins per account and 5,000 MI Coins across the programme. Campaigns or giveaways may have separate rules but do not change Wallet value without clear notice.
5. Wallet, identity and privacy
Each Wallet is linked to a verified account or email. Additional identification may be requested before redemption or correction. Supported apps conceal balances by default. Do not share passwords or account-recovery details.
6. Redemption and expiry
Credit can be redeemed only against an eligible service and up to the available balance. No cash change is provided. No automatic balance expiry has been announced for the pilot. A future expiry or material change requires advance clear notice and is not silently applied to existing available credit.
7. Abuse, errors and review
Duplicate entries, fraud, abuse or a technical error may temporarily hold the affected amount during review. Material corrections are recorded. For review, email support@mi-services.gr with the ledger reference and no passwords or secrets.
8. Participating services and changes
The basic rules are explained on the MI Coins page. Listing a business in the ecosystem does not mean all its services participate. The eligible service, supplier and balance-use conditions must be identified in the relevant quote or order before acceptance. Material changes receive a new version and renewed acceptance where required.
9. Applicable rules and customer protection
Greek and EU law governs these terms. They do not limit mandatory statutory rights. Awarding or using MI Coins does not replace legally required sales documents or remove tax obligations. For questions about a particular order or reward, contact us.
